Characterised control valves
Characterised control valves (CCV) combine the advantages of a ball valve and a control valve: tight shut-off and an equal-percentage characteristic thanks to a disc in the ball. They are compact, maintenance-free, and the actuator fits without tools.

Types of characterised control valves
R2..
2-way characterised control valves with internal thread DN 15 to DN 50.
R3..
3-way mixing and diverting valves DN 15 to DN 50.
R4.. and R5..
2-way and 3-way valves with external thread, including the small DN 10 size.
R6.. and R7..
2-way and 3-way valves with PN 6 flange.
Key parameters
Flow coefficient
Each size comes with several Kvs values – choose by flow and pressure drop.
2-way or 3-way
2-way for variable flow, 3-way for mixing and diverting.
Threaded or flanged
Pipe connectors for the valves are in the accessories.
LR, NR, SR
Compatible actuator series are listed in the valve parameters.
