Retrofit
Retrofit actuators replace an old or faulty actuator on the original valve or damper, even from another manufacturer. The valve stays in the pipe and only the actuator changes – no draining and no welding.
What the RetroFIT+ range includes
..-RE linear actuators
LV, NV, SV, EV and AVK in retrofit versions for globe valves from various manufacturers, NVK and AVK with SuperCap fail-safe.
Short-stroke actuators
NRDVX for valves with a 5.5 mm stroke, including Cazzaniga and Siemens valves.
..-R rotary actuators
SR, SRF and GR in the -R version with adapters for other manufacturers' ball and butterfly valves.
Actuators for mixing valves
HT and HTY for ESBE, Thermomix and other mixing valves. Mounting kits are in the accessories.
VAV-Universal
Retrofit VAV controllers with an integrated Δp sensor for upgrading existing VAV boxes.
How to choose a retrofit actuator
Manufacturer and type
The actuator and adapter are chosen by the manufacturer and type of the original valve. Send us a photo of the label and we will help.
Stroke and force
The valve stroke and required force (close-off pressure) must match the actuator.
Signal
You keep the original control signal (3-point, 0…10 V); MP versions can also be parameterised.
Adapter
Mounting kits and adapters for specific valves are in the accessories.
